“I don’t want a friend from the defense industry to fuck me with a mortar with the words “not everything is so simple.” Comedian Ruslan Bely opposed the war

Russian stand-up comedian, also known for his performances on TNT, Ruslan Bely spoke out against the war in Ukraine at one of his speeches. The comedian ridiculed Putin's decision to attack a neighboring country, and also joked about propagandists and "official sources" of information about the so-called NWO.

“I'm not going to defend the interests of one person, you know. Moreover, where should I go? My father is from Ukraine, I have half of my relatives there. I have a friend Evgeny there, he lives in Odessa, and the last thing I want is for my friend Evgeny to fuck me from a mortar somewhere near Kherson with the phrase “Not everything is so simple, Ruslan.” My friend Eugene has been in the defense for a year now. He f*cking how he knows how to f*ck with a mortar. I am a meteorologist. Should I determine the wind? Oh, from where the fuck from the mortar. Today will fly faster.

He also ridiculed the thesis of some that Ukraine would have attacked first if Russia had not gotten ahead.

"Seriously? Would you attack first? For what? For a joke? Once Ukraine attacked Russia… Fortunately, Lukashenka knew where the attack was coming from.”

Bely also reminded that for speaking the truth about the war one can now get a ten-year prison term. And in order not to receive, it is necessary to broadcast only theses of propaganda.

“They say don’t worry, you are out of danger. You will not face criminal prosecution if you use information from official sources. And I can’t use information from official sources, because no matter how I turn on the TV, they are constantly screaming. Moreover, let's see what official sources said over the past year: there will be no war, there will be no conscripts, there will be no mobilization. What is it that turns out? Listen to official sources and do the opposite?

Bely fell into disgrace with the Russian authorities as early as November 2021, before Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Then he left TNT, allegedly due to financial disagreements. The Insider wrote that Bely began to massively cancel concerts. He attributed this to the fact that someone did not like his YouTube videos with jokes about power – in particular, the concert "I'm mine." In it, Bely ridiculed the statement of Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko, who instructed to check the voting on Channel One, as a result of which Manizha went to Eurovision. “Valentina, are you just interested in this vote?” the comedian jokes at the speech. In addition, there were jokes about the cursing ex-Minister of Culture of Crimea, the annexation of the peninsula in 2014, and “bloodthirsty deputies” passing laws according to which everyone can go to jail.
