Wildberries made concessions to employees after the start of a mass strike – Baza

Wildberries began to return money to the owners of distribution points, which were fined for "substituting" goods. The return of money was one of the demands of the mass strike of employees , writes Baza.

The morning after the strike began, the operators of the marketplace points began to receive money. A Baza source in Wildberries said that the site made concessions and decided to change some of the rules that caused the strike. Previously, the full cost of the goods was withheld from the marketplace employees if the buyer returned a defective or replaced item, but now the owners of the points of issue suspected of substitution will be able to file an appeal and send evidence of their innocence: a video with the acceptance and issue of goods.

However, the abolition of substitution penalties was only one of their strikers' demands. The owners of pickup points still want to achieve a flexible schedule for receiving goods (the points now do this around the clock) and remove the binding of the pickup point rating to the rating of the entire region.
