In the Donetsk region, as a result of shelling on March 18, three people were killed. As the head of the regional administration Pavel Kirilenko said on the morning of March 19, two residents of Kramatorsk and a resident of Konstantinovka were killed. 18 people are injured.

Kirilenko wrote that Russian forces had shelled Kramatorsk with cluster munitions. As a result, 76 private houses, a park and other urban infrastructure facilities were damaged.
