In Simferopol on the evening of Sunday, March 19, they tried to undermine the gas pipeline. Messages about this were published by the Baza, Mash and Shot Telegram channels.
The explosion occurred at the site of the gas valve unit near Balaklavskaya Street in the Central District. An unknown person planted an explosive device with a capacity of "200 grams of TNT". Baza claims that after the explosion, one of the pipes was slightly bent, but the crane assembly remained intact.
According to Mash, a 70-centimeter funnel remained in place, and a nearby trailer was damaged.
In the regions of Russia, drone explosions continue to be reported. Now such news comes not only from the border regions, where a high level of terrorist threat has been introduced due to the war unleashed by Russia, but also from the Moscow region. In early March, a second explosion occurred in Kolomna near Moscow – presumably, a drone exploded. Before that, a UAV stuffed with explosives crashed on February 28 near the village of Gubastovo near Kolomna, just 100 km from the Kremlin.
