In the Telegram channel of the Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev, messages appeared from people who introduced themselves as residents of the city, they demanded the cancellation of the concerts. In one of these appeals, the man asked on what basis the “foreign agent” Makarevich would hold his concert on July 21, and asked not to allow this. The city administration replied that they “had a conversation” with the owners of the concert venues.
