Russian official put on the federal wanted list escaped as a volunteer for the war – Vostok-Media

The head of the city of Bolshoi Kamen in the Primorsky Territory, Rustyam Abushaev, who was put on the federal wanted list, fled as a volunteer for the war. This is reported by the publication "Vostok-Media" with reference to a source familiar with the situation.

According to the interlocutor, the official signed a service contract – with whom exactly, it is not specified.

“Rustyam Saitovich, following the call of the plenipotentiary, the governor and the call of his heart, left for the NVO zone to serve under the contract. The first is from the heads of municipalities. He served earlier and considered it his duty to stand up for the Motherland.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia put Abushev on the federal wanted list, criminal cases were opened against him on suspicion of fraud on an especially large scale with land and illegal business. The official went on vacation, a day after that his office was searched. According to investigators, he committed crimes while still in the position of head of the Nadezhdinsky district of Primorsky Krai.

In January, State Duma deputy from the Krasnodar Territory Yevgeny Pervyshov (United Russia), who left for the war in Ukraine in the fall of 2022, was seen in a photo in Krasnodar. He himself justified himself by visiting the city for a few days.
