In Novosibirsk, a 15-year-old teenager died while trying to escape from an orphanage. This is reported by "NGS" with reference to the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Novosibirsk region Nadezhda Boltenko.
According to KP-Novosibirsk, in an orphanage on the left bank of the city, two teenagers jumped out of a window on the third floor at night. One of them injured his leg, the second fell and lost consciousness. The publication, citing a source, writes that the ambulance was called to the boy only a few hours later.
“Doctors were not called right away – they were afraid for their reputation. The children say that the ambulance was called only in the morning. It turned out to be too late, they could no longer save the 15-year-old boy. He was unconscious all this time, periodically came to his senses, foam came out of his mouth, ”the publication reports.
A criminal case is being investigated in the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region on the fact of the incident.
