A teacher from the Perm Territory, who called a student a “bastard” and a “traitor”, was charged with insult

The teacher Svetlana Fedurina from Sylva, who called the eighth-grader a traitor and a bastard because of being late for the events on February 23, was charged with an administrative case. This is reported by the Properm.ru Telegram channel with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Perm Territory.

Fedurina's actions were qualified under Part 1 of Art. 5.61 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation – "insult, that is, humiliation of the honor and dignity of another person, expressed in an indecent or otherwise contrary to generally accepted norms of morality and morality form."

The decision was sent to the magistrate for consideration on the merits. Under this article, a fine in the amount of 30 to 50 thousand rubles is provided for officials.

Earlier, Sota posted a video of a teacher insulting a student: “You are a traitor. Roll on all four sides. <…> You don't understand what day this contest is dedicated to? So, bastards, if you have zero patriotism since childhood. Then, when you become a traitor, and they will collect a testimonial against you, they will ask the class teacher. I'll just write "bastard" since the eighth grade."

After the video was published, Fedurina quit the school.
