Baza: Drone explosion in Tula region damaged 12 houses

A drone explosion in Kireevsk (Tula region, 30 km from Tula) damaged 12 houses within a radius of 200 meters, writes Baza. Earlier it was reported that after the explosion in some local houses, windows were knocked out and walls were damaged.

According to the channel, metal fragments with traces of explosive impact and fragments of wires were found at the crash site of the aircraft.

At the same time, according to the authorities of the Tula region, 10 houses were damaged.

The Ministry of Defense said that the drone fell due to the impact of Russian electronic warfare systems. They, according to the military, "provide reliable cover":

“According to preliminary information from the headquarters of the military space forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Tula region was attacked by a strike drone of the Strizh type.

As a result of the impact of electronic warfare, the object deviated from the route, lost control and interrupted the flight before reaching the target. Unfortunately, this happened near residential buildings, people were injured, houses were damaged” (quote from the statement of the authorities of the Tula region).

On the eve it was reported that as a result of the explosion, three people were slightly injured.

In early February, it became known about a blown up drone in the Kaluga region, the explosion occurred about 150 km from Moscow.
