The lawyer published a letter from Masha Moskaleva to her father, who escaped from arrest. The girl said that she was sick

Lawyer Dmitry Zakhvatov published a letter that Masha Moskaleva wrote from the orphanage to her father. According to the lawyer on Facebook, Aleksey Moskalev contacted him, said that he had received a letter from his daughter, and asked him to publish it.

Masha told her father that she was sick and felt "very bad", but she believed that they would be together again.

“I love you very much, and know that you are not to blame for anything, I am always for you, and everything you do is right. <…> I beg you, just don't give up. Believe, hope and love. One day we will sit down at the table and we will remember it all. I love you, I hope not, I know that you will not give up, you are strong, we are strong, we can, and I will pray for you and for us, dad.

On the eve of March 28, a court in Efremovsk, Tula region, sentenced Alexei Moskalev. He was found guilty of "discrediting" the Russian army and sentenced to two years in a penal colony. Moskalev himself was not present at the announcement of the verdict. As the secretary of the court later reported, he escaped from house arrest during the night. Where the man is now is unknown.

On the same day, Moskalev's defender Vladimir Bilienko went to the shelter where Masha was being held. He was not allowed to see the girl, but was given her drawings and a letter. The father and daughter have not seen each other and have not communicated since the beginning of March, when he was sent under house arrest, and she was sent to the “social rehabilitation center” in Efremov.
