Most often, you need to comment on posts on Vkontakte and Odnoklassniki, which are now managed by Vladimir Kiriyenko, the son of the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Sergei Kiriyenko. As an employee of a state institution in the Tomsk region, who was asked to install the Agitator ER application at work, told the publication, a third-party user will not be able to use the application: to create an account, you need to send your phone number, full name and a link to social networks to the regional department of the party.
