The Government of Montenegro has published a list of yachts that are included in the register of the Maritime Security and Port Authority of the country by April 2023. The document contains the names of ships, the names of their owners and other data.
In total, there are 363 yachts on the list, more than a hundred of them belong to the Russians. Among them is a man named Ivan Sibirev, identified as the owner of the Anastasia yacht. A person with that name in the past headed the Stroytransneftegaz company, which is a contractor for Gazprom.
