Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin was on a secret vacation from August 8 to 14, 2022, which cost, presumably, 40 million rubles, the Dossier Center found out . The press service of the government at that time published "canned food" – records of meetings made in advance, creating the illusion that the head of the Cabinet of Ministers was working.
About Mishustin's secret vacation, which he spent on the shores of Lake Teletskoye in Altai, FSO officer Gleb Karakulov , who left the service in October and fled abroad, told the Dossier. According to him, the prime minister held several events in Gorno-Altaisk on August 12, and the rest of the time he simply rested.
“For Mishustin and his retinue, the Altay Village Teletskoe resort was bought out entirely. There are crazy prices – like 300 thousand per day for a house. All cottages have been booked. I was there with him this week. And the question arises: did you earn money for this vacation yourself? Because there, according to my estimates, 50 million rubles could come out. If this is from the budget, then not much per person?
At the same time, Karakulov admitted that the rest could be a “gift” to Mishustin from the owners of the resort. As the Dossier Center found out, it belongs to structures close to businessman Suleiman Kerimov.
The journalists made their own calculations and came to the conclusion that just renting cottages for a week cost at least 21 million rubles. At the same time, a breakfast for one person in a local restaurant, where, in particular, they serve an appetizer from a wild deer listed in the Red Book, will cost at least a thousand rubles, and a bottle of wine – 10-50 thousand. Rent of boats, ATVs, helicopters, spa visits and other services are paid separately. The total cost of the rest of Mishustin and his entourage "Dossier" estimates at least 40 million rubles.
The total official income of Mishustin and his wife for 2021 amounted to 82 million rubles.
