The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia stated that the issue of extradition of the Russian to Moscow is not being considered.

“The issue of extradition of a citizen of the Russian Federation can be considered upon receipt of a request for his extradition and if there are sufficient grounds that apply in extradition, in accordance with international treaties,” the agency said in response to a request from Armenia Today agency.

A native of the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Region, was put on the wanted list under the article of the Criminal Code in Naro-Fominsk, Moscow Region.
