Soon he had to clarify that he was talking only about the part of the peninsula he controlled, since the “governor” of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, said that nothing had been canceled in Sevastopol yet.
“The decision to cancel the military parade on May 9 in Sevastopol has not been made at the moment. Now consultations are underway with the Ministry of Defense, the decision to hold a parade in Sevastopol is the prerogative of the military department, ” according to his Telegram channel.
