The network found another video with beheaded Ukrainian soldiers. It began to be distributed on April 8 by pro-Russian Telegram channels.
Presumably, it was filmed by Wagner PMC mercenaries near Bakhmut. It shows a wrecked armored vehicle (probably an M113 armored personnel carrier) and two decapitated corpses of Ukrainian soldiers.
The voice of the person filming the video has been changed, apparently to make it difficult to identify him. “Careful, he hit a mine,” he warns his companion. “No one even came up yet, damn it … Oh, no, they put them in jail, they cut off their heads!” the operator continues and laughs.
Further, he notes that the hands of the Ukrainian military were cut off and that they were “undressed and took off their shoes.” "Ah, here's another one! There were three of them here, ”the Russian gives the last remark.
Earlier it was reported that a video was published on the Internet in which the Russian military cut off the head of a still living Ukrainian soldier lying on the ground. Further, one of the participants in this war crime suggests putting the head of a Ukrainian in a bag and “sending it to the commander.”
Also on April 9, a photograph of a skull planted on a branch appeared in the public VK MILITARY Z. According to the caption, the photo was taken in Bakhmut and you can see the remains of an APU soldier on it.
The Ukrainian volunteer OSINT organization InformNapalm writes on its Telegram channel that they have been recording cases of beheadings of Ukrainians, including civilians, by Russian militants since 2014. The post states that this is not done with the aim of intimidating the Ukrainian army and society, but for “blood binding” of the person who performs this action. In the future, such videos can be leaked to the network if the mercenary deserted or committed treason.
The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak , wrote on Twitter in connection with the publication of these videos that “everything will be answered, everyone will be held accountable.”
The SBU opened an investigation into these war crimes. “We will find these nonhumans. If necessary, we will get them everywhere, wherever they are: from underground or from the other world. But they will definitely be punished for what they have done,” said SBU head Vasily Malyuk.
