Russia will judge the residents of the occupied Melitopol in the case of organizing a “terrorist underground”

The Southern District Military Court of Rostov-on-Don will consider the case of five residents of Melitopol, who are accused of organizing a "terrorist underground" in the Zaporozhye region (that part of it that is under the occupation of the Russian Federation). Writes about this "Kommersant".

According to the FSB, five residents of the city (Ukrainian Armed Forces contractor Igor Gorlov, territorial defense servicemen Vladimir Zuev, Andrei Golubev and Alexander Zhukov, and retired military officer Yuri Petrov) planned to blow up a car near the humanitarian aid distribution point. The FSB also claims that the Ukrainians were going to throw anti-tank grenades at the equipment guarding the Russian military.

According to the prosecution, all five were members of the Union of Melitopol ATO Participants, headed by Vladimir Minko.

Now the accused are in the Moscow pre-trial detention center "Lefortovo". According to Kommersant, at first they partially admitted their guilt, but soon retracted this evidence.
