Near the village of Zapesochny, located in the Bryansk region on the border with Ukraine, a man died. According to Astra, he tried to ride a bicycle through the minefield.
According to preliminary data, he made his way through the barrier and entered the territory of Russia from Ukraine. He did not have any documents with him, his identity has not been established. Hryvnias were found in the wallet of the deceased.
