Volodymyr Zelensky has put into effect sanctions of the National Security and Defense Council against Rosbank, the Central Election Commission and a number of Russian politicians and parties.
322 Russian legal entities associated with the Russian defense industry, space and infrastructure fell under the sanctions. Also on the list are the Russian parties of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the Liberal Democratic Party, New People , A Just Russia , a number of Russian companies, as well as the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
The sanctions list also includes 40 individuals, among them citizens of Russia and a number of countries associated with the Russian foreign representative office (including offshore companies, which were included in a separate list of 58 names).
In particular, the Russian oligarch Suleiman Kerimov and his daughter Gulnara were on the list. The son of Russian oligarch Vladimir Potanin, Ivan, also fell under the restrictions.
Personal sanctions include freezing assets and stopping the issuance of visas and transit permits.
There is also one citizen of Ukraine on the list, Volodymyr Bobryshev, who acted as “ Head of the Personnel Department of the Kherson Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs ” during the Russian occupation of Kherson.
