Aleksey Moskalev’s new lawyer declared his guilt on behalf of Moskalev himself. They didn’t talk or see each other.

Alexey Moskalev has a new lawyer, Rostislav Kulikov. Moskalev's former lawyer, Vladimir Bilienko, found out about Kulikov's participation by chance – the complaint of the new lawyer turned out to be in the case. In it, he asks to mitigate Moskalev's measure of restraint, pointing out that he allegedly admitted his guilt. According to Bilienko, he does not know anything about this position of Moskalev, moreover, he has not seen his client since his flight to Belarus.

Kulikov, who wrote the complaint, did not see Moskalev either. He told Bilienko that he did not communicate with the client, and also that he could not confirm his participation in his case, since this was allegedly a lawyer's secret.

Earlier, the editor of the Kaliningrad newspaper Novye Kolyolas, Igor Rudnikov, who was defended by Kulikov, said that the lawyer helped the investigation, and it was the investigator who gave his contact, according to Nestka.

In turn, lawyer Dmitry Zakhvatov said that Moskalev was specially hidden from everyone in order, probably, to be tortured.

“It is necessary to intimidate very thoroughly, and then come to the “client” with an unexpected carrot – agree to our conditions and “everything will be fine.” So good that up to a "probation" or a simple fine. Conditions about a suspended sentence and a fine are never met, and the point of torture is for the “client” to admit his guilt. The latter in this case is necessary to discredit him in the eyes of society.

Being in bestial conditions for a month, without communication with the outside world, without the opportunity to buy a toothbrush and having heard enough threats that sound even without the use of physical force, not everyone will be able to withstand such pressure, because in order to resist you need to have a certain experience, which Alexei has No. If consent is obtained, in fact as a result of torture, the "client" is asked to sign a waiver from his previous lawyer. Next, the “right” lawyer is selected, who does not communicate with the press and does not give anyone any comments.”

Moskaleva and his daughter Masha were persecuted after the girl drew an anti-war drawing at school during an art lesson. The teacher denounced her to the school administration, and the family was searched. The man was taken to the FSB, and Masha was sent to a shelter. Since then, Moskalev has been under house arrest in a criminal case on the repeated “discrediting” of the Russian army (part 1 of article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The man himself claims that he did not publish these posts, his page was hacked several times.

A case was opened against Moskalev for repeated “discrediting” of the army due to several publications in Odnoklassniki, including the crimes of Russian servicemen in Bucha and the murder of Ukrainian prisoners of war in Yelenovka. The prosecution demanded that Moskalev be sentenced to two years in prison. He escaped from house arrest, after which on the night of March 30 he was detained in Minsk. The fact that Moskalev had an underage daughter was considered a mitigating circumstance, but the prosecutor also recognized the commission of a “crime” during the “special operation” as an aggravating circumstance. Where Moskalev is now is unknown.
