Yevgeny Prigozhin said that Wagner PMC mercenaries would no longer take prisoners. So he commented on the audio recording with the alleged interception of the conversation of the Ukrainian military, who decided to shoot the wounded captured mercenary. The recording with the "interception" appeared in the Telegram channel "Unloading Wagner".
“We will never violate the international laws of humanism,” Prigogine commented on the entry, “And the law of humanism begins from the moment you take a person prisoner. Captured – start taking care of him, treat him, do not injure him and give him home after some time on an exchange or just the way you like. We sometimes gave and just like that. Therefore, we will not violate the rules of humanism. And we will simply destroy everyone on the battlefield. This law will be called "the law of the three hundredth" – we still do not know the name of our guy, who was shot wounded by Ukrainian scoundrels. And we will kill all those who are on the battlefield. Take no more prisoners."
On April 11, a video was published on the network, in which Russian combatants cut off the head of a still living soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. One of them suggests putting the head in a bag and "sending it to the commander." Another video posted on April 8 by pro-Russian Telegram channels shows an overturned armored vehicle and the decapitated bodies of Ukrainian soldiers. “Nobody even came up yet, damn it … Oh, no, they did, they cut off their heads!” – comments the operator, probably also a mercenary of Wagner PMC.
