A criminal case was opened against the leader of the “Accident” Alexei Kortnev. He allegedly gave the police the middle finger

Novosibirsk investigators opened a criminal case under Art. 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Insulting a representative of the authorities”) against the leader of the group “Accident” Alexei Kortnev, the NGS reports , citing a source.

Kortnev himself confirmed the initiation of the case in a conversation with TASS. "Yes this is true. I will meet with my lawyer, fly to Novosibirsk. All actions will take place within the framework of the law. I think [criminal prosecution] is absolutely undeserved,” said the musician.

In February, the police disrupted the concert of "Accident" in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok under the pretext of smoke in the next room. After that, Kortnev allegedly showed the middle finger to the policeman, he and other musicians of the group were detained . After some time, they were released without drawing up protocols.

Kortnev opposes the war. “We are convinced that all the phrases that in this way Russia restores some kind of historical justice and protects the brothers of the Slavs from the Nazis are just a cover to satisfy the imperial plans and ambitions, which, in addition, will lead to very big economic, political and social problems,” he said. .
