Kadyrov’s 26-year-old nephew became his adviser on the power bloc

Chechen Minister for National Policy, Foreign Relations, Press and Information Akhmed Dudayev said that 26-year-old Khamzat Kadyrov, the nephew of Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, has been appointed his assistant adviser on the security bloc. Dudayev announced this on his Telegram channel.

Earlier, on February 1 of this year, Khamzat Kadyrov was appointed deputy head of the government of Chechnya and the minister of property and land relations of the republic, but he managed to work in this post for less than three months. Prior to that, he was the head of the administration of the Kurchaloevsky municipal district of Chechnya – Kadyrov's nephew received this post at the age of 21.

Khamzat Kadyrov is the son of the late elder brother Ramzan Kadyrov. In February 2023, he received the post of Deputy Prime Minister of Chechnya. Prior to that, he was the Minister of Sports of the Republic, as well as the head of the Kurchaloevsky district.

In March 2023, Kadyrov promoted one of his daughters. 20-year-old Khutmat Kadyrova, who previously held the position of deputy head of the secretariat of the head of the republic, became the curator of the healthcare sector in the republic.

Another daughter of the head of Chechnya, 24-year-old Aishat Kadyrova, is the Minister of Culture, and one of the nephews, Ibragim Zakriev, is the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic and the Minister of Agriculture.
