21-year-old rapper Scally Milano (Danil Slonov) left Russia for Dubai after a disrupted concert in St. Petersburg during an anti-drug raid and after the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, posted a video with the artist on her Telegram channel. Mash writes about it.
