According to preliminary data, Russian forces fired on the city with Kalibr missiles. One of them hit the historic building of the Admiralty. Residential buildings, a warehouse and an office building were also damaged.
The operational command "South" said that four missiles were fired from the Black Sea. “Given that this is a high-precision weapon that works on guidance coordinates, this is an obvious fact of terror of the civilian population,” the command said in a statement.
