In Moscow, the third person suspected of "treason" was arrested in the last three days. According to TASS, the FSB detained a Russian citizen Rasulov R.N. under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The petition for the arrest of Rasulov was submitted to the Lefortovo Court of Moscow.
On April 25, it became known about the arrest under the article “treason” of Dovgan A.S. , and the next day, April 26 – Plyske Yu.V. No details were given about the detainees.
Under this article, the defendants face up to 20 years in prison.
It also became known earlier that the court arrested Dmitry Kicha on charges of treason. As the BBC Russian Service found out , Kicha worked in the testing laboratory of the Promtekhnologiya weapons factory, and was also a shooting instructor and the winner of the competition. The exact date of his detention is unknown, but on April 17, the Lefortovo Court registered a petition from the investigation to extend his detention.
According to BBC estimates, at least 25 people have been detained in Russia under the article on "treason" since the beginning of the year.
