ASTRA: a resident of the Novosibirsk village, who returned from the war in Ukraine, was shot dead during a quarrel

In the village of Tolmachevo, Novosibirsk region, a conflict broke out, during which two people were killed and two more received gunshot wounds. According to ASTRA, one of the victims returned from the war in Ukraine.

The conflict took place on April 29 at a private house. According to preliminary data, Vyacheslav Mokin, a resident of the city of Ob, quarreled with four men and opened fire on them with a hunting rifle. A resident of Tolmachevo, Yevgeny Khotkov, who participated in the war in Ukraine, and a resident of the village of Kochenevo, Pyotr Vlasov, died on the spot. Dmitry Fisyura from Novosibirsk and another resident of Kochenevo Boris Vlasov suffered. The suspect was detained.

It is known about Khotkov that in the past he was convicted under two articles of the Criminal Code: 158 (theft) and 228 (drug trafficking).
