“Attempts to distort the history of the Second World War began in the West even before its last shots had died down. Already in the early stages of the conflict in England, they tried to publish a collection of false documents in order to lay the main blame for the outbreak of war in Europe on the Soviet Union.
This information has exactly one, rather funny source: in January of this year, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service suddenly declassified a “document” called “Agent report on the attempts of the British and French to prepare and publish the Blue Book” on Anglo-French-Soviet negotiations with the assignment of all the blame for their failure on the USSR”, dated January 27, 1940. This short note appeared in all pro-Kremlin publications. The book was allegedly supposed to consist of specially selected and falsified "documents" – in this way London hoped to prove to the world that while "England was honestly negotiating with the Soviet Union and intended to conclude a pact, the Bolsheviks all the time played a double game and signed the Soviet -German treaty unleashed a European war. “The authors of the book need to prove that white is black and generally turn everything upside down,” the message said.
There is no confirmation of this information from other sources, as well as confirmation of the authenticity of the "archival document". In addition, it is suspicious that the message was "declassified" only this year, at the height of the confrontation with Western countries. But even if we assume that the letter is genuine, the question arises: did the British need to falsify something if the Soviet Union quite openly attacked Poland on September 17, 1939, 17 days after the start of the occupation of the country by Nazi Germany? All this happened within the framework of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, in which the USSR and Germany divided the zones of interests in Europe.
About how London "appropriated" the gold reserves of the Russian Empire

For example, back in 2020, his favorite newspaper, Arguments and Facts, published a detailed answer to the question asked by the editors: “Why did the British appropriate the exported gold of the Russian Empire?” Here is what Vasily Tsvetkov, Doctor of Historical Sciences, professor at Moscow State Pedagogical University, writes:
“If we talk about the gold that was transferred to England during the First World War as a guarantee of war loans, then the main problem is the recognition of continuity. The USSR did not recognize such continuity from the Russian Empire. During the Genoa Conference of 1922, which dealt with financial issues, Lenin and Chicherin renounced both the debts of the tsarist government and claims for that part of the gold reserves of the empire that was exported to England. On their initiative, there was, so to speak, "mutual zeroing", and it was proposed to conduct financial affairs with the young Soviet state from scratch. Let's not forget that Kolchak and Denikin recognized such continuity – both in terms of debts and in possession of gold reserves. Partially on these pledges, they were supplied by the powers of the Entente during the Civil War. But the Russian Federation is officially considered the legal successor of the USSR, and it is problematic to claim the gold sent to Britain on the eve of 1917.”
About how in the USA they teach to split Russia
“At once, several American foundations are actively acquainting the Washington elite with their scientific works, hastily written by order of the US State Department and the US Department of Defense, called “The Failed State: A Guide to Splitting Russia.” The main stake, according to the authors, should be placed on the creation and maintenance of instability in the states neighboring Russia, as well as on the information war, including the support of the "fifth column" and incitement of domestic Russian separatism.
Janusz Bugaisky's book "Failed State: A Guide to Russia's Rupture" (Rupture in this case is more correctly translated as "decay") was published in July 2022. Here is how its content is described on the website of the Jamestown Foundation, which published the publication:
“Attempts to turn the Russian Federation into a nation state, a civil state, or a stable imperial state have failed. The current structure is based on fragile historical foundations, lacks a single national identity, be it civic or ethnic, and exhibits a constant struggle between nationalists, imperialists, centralists, liberals, and federalists. Russia's full-scale military invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 and the imposition of suffocating international economic sanctions will intensify and accelerate the process of disintegration of the state. <…> Paradoxically, although Vladimir Putin came to power to prevent the disintegration of Russia, he may be remembered as the man who accelerated the disintegration of the country.”
Thus, we are not talking about "guiding the split of Russia" from the outside, but about an inevitable, according to the author, process launched from within, and mainly by Putin's efforts. At the same time, the book does say that Washington needs to support regionalism and federalism in Russia, not with the aim of splitting it, but with the aim of helping new entities embark on the path of democratization.
Moreover, before the release of his book, Bugaisky gave many interviews in which he criticized Western leaders for not being ready for the collapse of the USSR and striving to build good relations with Putin. According to the political scientist, today the West is categorically not ready for the fact that the Russian Federation may cease to exist in the foreseeable future.
On "Soros' collaboration with the Nazis" during World War II

During World War II, Soros, born in 1930, was a teenager living through the German occupation in Budapest. He was separated from his Jewish family and lived with strangers with forged documents.
Despite this, there are many fakes about “Nazi Soros” in the pro-Kremlin media. The mostcommon of them is that Soros allegedly confiscated property from Jews during the war. The source of this myth is the story of Soros himself about how he once was present at the inventory of the property of a Jew, which was carried out by the businessman Baumbach, who took Soros to his upbringing as a “godson”.

It was this fragment of the financier's interview from the 60 Minutes program that was subsequently often used by propagandists to create a "devilish image" of Soros and accusations of complicity with the Nazis.
However, before Patrushev, no one went so far as to accuse the American businessman of "giving away his fellow tribesmen to the Nazis" (recall, Soros was only 14 years old at that time). In fact, Soros says that his father in those years made fake documents and thereby saved not only his family, but also other people in the same situation from reprisal:

On how Western politicians claim Russia's natural resources

The last time the Yellowstone volcano erupted was 70 thousand years ago, and now scientists are coming to the conclusion that a repetition is unlikely. Much more likely scenarios are hydrothermal explosions (eruptions of steam and hot water rather than molten rock) or lava flows.
In addition, the apocalyptic scenario that Patrushev describes (in which, according to him, "the death of all life in North America" is inevitable), is possible only as a result of the so-called super-eruption , that is, an eruption of magnitude 8 or more on the volcanic explosive index. Such in the history of Yellowstone occurred only three times – 2.1 million, 1.3 million and 664 thousand years ago. The Yellowstone volcano is under constant surveillance by the US Geological Survey, which notes that if you take the last three super-eruptions, its probability of repeating it in any given year is 0.00014%, which is lower than the probability of a collision with a civilization-destroying asteroid. Thus, it is very bold to assume that the US is building relations with Russia, relying on such an improbable scenario.
About how ordinary Americans flee from the USA to Russia and other countries
“By the way, the number of people wishing to choose Russia as their permanent place of residence is growing. Most of them are deeply believing Christians, who are close in spirit to the moral and ethical values that are protected in Russia, but have long been trampled on in America.
This statement contradicts the statistics of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. According to it, in 2021, 322 US citizens were issued a residence permit in Russia, 388 received citizenship. And in 2022, 245 Americans have already received a residence permit, 262 citizenship. That is, over the year, the number of US citizens who moved to Russia for permanent residence has decreased. Only the number of temporary residence permits issued has slightly increased – 123 against 102 in 2021.
Of course, one can also assume that the Ministry of Internal Affairs simply refuses a large number of Americans who want to move to Russia. However, this also to some extent contradicts Patrushev’s words that “respectable Americans and Europeans may well … come to our country and become citizens of the Russian Federation, subject to Russian law and respect for our culture.”
The Secretary of the Security Council also adds:
“For your information: over the past year, the number of US citizens who received passports from other countries has tripled. The myth of the notorious "American dream" has been dispelled. Today, the States have literally slipped into the Middle Ages. The US authorities silently look at the atrocities of radical individuals, force citizens to bow before BLM activists.
Indeed, in recent years the number of Americans wishing to obtain a second passport has increased several times. Citizenship consultants, however, cite a completely different reason – the number of applications from US citizens has quadrupled since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, when many who lived and worked in Europe faced travel restrictions and wanted more freedom of movement. At the same time, a surge in those wishing to leave the United States was observed before – in 2016, when Donald Trump won the election, Canada's immigration website collapsed .
At the same time, the high number of applications from US citizens may also be explained by the fact that approximately 40% of all Americans may be eligible for citizenship by origin in the EU (data from research by Global RCG). In other words, many Americans seek a second passport because they have a specific reason for doing so.
How Washington is reducing the population in Ukraine
Ukraine is required by Americans only as an object of merciless exploitation of available natural resources without a traditional population. Following such a neo-Nazi line, Washington has already turned it into a territory that millions of people are leaving en masse, seeking protection abroad from socio-economic problems and pro-fascist oppression. 30 years of upheavals organized by Washington in Ukraine have led to a halving of the population. And today the White House easily goes to continue the war with Russia to the last Ukrainian. At the same time, the preservation of Ukraine as a state is not included in the plans of the United States.
In addition to the obvious remark that Russia, not the United States, unleashed a war in Ukraine and thereby caused an increase in mortality and mass migration of the population of a neighboring country, it should be noted that Patrushev lied even in numbers: from 1992 to 2022, the population of Ukraine decreased by 20%, and not by 50% (from 51.7 to 40.9 million people). At the same time, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine has not taken into account the territories of Crimea and Donbas occupied by Russia since 2015, which also contributed to the reduction of the population on paper.
