In the Kherson region, under Russian shelling, six Ukrainian pyrotechnicians were killed, who cleared the area

The Russian military fired on a group of employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (GSChS), who cleared mines in the Kherson region. As a result, six pyrotechnicians were killed. Two other people, including a woman who worked as a paramedic, were injured.

“Today, the State Emergency Service has lost part of her family. <…> Condolences to family and friends. The terrorists continue to violate all norms of international law by firing at our guys, who have been trying for several months to clear the territory, which the occupiers have heavily bombarded with ammunition. It’s impossible to forgive!” the State Emergency Service said in a statement.
