During the week, at least 24 UAV incidents occurred in Russia and Crimea. Military facilities, oil depots, oil refineries under attack – MAP

In total, since April 29, 23 reports of incidents with drones have appeared in open sources in 9 regions: Belgorod Region (5 reports), Bryansk Region (5), Krasnodar Territory (3), Crimea (2), Sevastopol (2), Moscow region (2), Rostov region (2), Voronezh region (1) and Moscow (1). As can be seen from the map, the vast majority of UAV incidents occur in the regions bordering Ukraine, but some of them occurred at a considerable distance from the front line or the Russian-Ukrainian border.

If we talk about targets, probably related to drone flights, then most of them can be defined as military facilities (airfields, military accommodations, defensive structures) and fuel and energy facilities (oil depots and oil refineries). In total, five attacks by drones on tank farms and refineries are known, and the Ilsky refinery in the Krasnodar Territory was attacked twice within two days.

In total, out of 23 incidents, only in five cases the UAVs involved in the raid were shot down or neutralized by means of electronic warfare. In four more cases, the drone fell or flew off in an unknown direction after being detected. The remaining attacks ended in defeat of the target.
