The FSB detained five people who allegedly planned to sneak into the territory of a military unit in Balashikha, blow up equipment and set fire to it, Baza and Shot report. The youngest of the detainees is 15 years old.
According to investigators, the detainees were going to get into the military unit with the help of a tunnel. Investigators claim that they developed a plan of attack and escape routes, and also transferred digging tools to the military unit in advance.
Baza found out that the detainees were between 15 and 20 years old, they were residents of the Moscow region and Moscow. The investigation names 19-year-old Anton Khripko and 20-year-old Sergei Korkhov as the organizers of the group. According to the Telegram channel, they are suspected under the article on the creation of a terrorist community, which provides for 15 to 20 years in prison. Khripko was also charged with preparing for a terrorist attack, the channel writes.
Three more suspects are 20-year-old Ivan Silin and Ilya Korkach, as well as 15-year-old Andrei (name changed). They are charged with an article on participation in a terrorist community, under this article they face 10 to 15 years.
