Rogozin said that Russia needs a second wave of mobilization or an army of volunteers

Russia needs a second wave of mobilization. This was stated on the air of the radio station "Moscow Speaks" by the former head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin.

“You just have to keep in mind that the enemy is much stronger than us. We cannot act here in such a way that it is every man for himself. That won't work at all. Therefore, mobilization is needed. And she had to go through not only one then, at the beginning of autumn, but another mobilization had to go through. We have personnel problems, you see. Because the guys get hurt, our fighters are killed. Even when the front is standing, there are shelling. We are losing combat-ready guys. They need to be replenished,” he said.

At the same time, according to Rogozin, mobilization will not be needed if the required number of volunteers is recruited.

“We have a colossal reserve that would help to avoid a second wave of mobilization. These are volunteers. I just have something to do with this volunteer army. Our detachments are included in the corresponding regiments and divisions of the Russian army. But we really needed to be gathered within the framework of a single volunteer Russian army. And give us that section of the front that the command deems [necessary]. People who voluntarily go to the front are officers, they are servicemen who served in the Russian army. These are the most motivated people,” said the ex-head of Roscosmos.

Meanwhile, the Telegram channel of the Cheka-OGPU published recordings of voice messages allegedly exchanged between Dmitry Rogozin and Alexei Zhuravlev, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee. The channel writes that interlocutors who are personally acquainted with Rogozin confirmed that his voice is on the recording.

On the recording, Rogozin and Zhuravlev are discussing the creation of their own armies. Zhuravlev offers Rogozin, under the guise of Russian Volunteer Detachments, to gather a "Rogozin army", the true purpose of which would be to "consolidate people around Rogozin."

Rogozin agrees. He also assesses Prigozhin and his PMC: “[Prigozhin] is a scoundrel and a man who profits from the war… PMCs were created for Syria, and not to brandish a propaganda bogey inside the country… these are former and current criminals, but Zhenya himself is stigmatized there is nowhere to put it,” says Rogozin.
