The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine (SAP) have charged Vsevolod Knyazev, head of the country's Supreme Court, with a large-scale bribe.
Ukrainian media report about a bribe of about $3 million. The official NABU Telegram channel reports the discovery of “large-scale corruption” in the Supreme Court of Ukraine and talks about the discovery of “a scheme for obtaining illegal benefits by the leadership and judges of the Supreme Court.” In the photo attached to the post, you can see a sofa on which packs of dollar bills are laid out.
According to Ukrayinska Pravda, investigative actions against Knyazev are ongoing. He was elected to the post of head of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on December 1, 2021.
