A Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine entered the territory of the Belgorod region. This was stated by the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov. The Ukrainian authorities have not yet commented on the information. Also, photos and videos appeared on the network and Telegram channels showing saboteurs in the Belgorod region.

He also published another message about the shelling, without specifying who carried it out:
After the shelling of the village of Glotovo, Graivoronsky district, a man and a woman with mine-explosive wounds were taken to the regional hospital. The woman is in intensive care in a serious condition, the man is in a state of moderate severity. All necessary medical care is being provided.”
Earlier, the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK) on Telegram reported that its fighters crossed the border between Russia and Ukraine and published four short videos. On them, men in military uniform stand against the background of a sign for the village of Bezlyudovka in the Belgorod Region, as well as near the sign for the village of Churovichi in the Bryansk Region and near the sign for the village of Lyubimova in the Kursk Region. One video has no location indications, showing people in military uniforms in a car, while a man off-camera yells “RDK go!”.
