Hackers from the Ukraine Hacker Group (UHG) said they managed to steal 14 terabytes of data from the Russian network of medical laboratories Citylab. The leak became known on May 20. Ukrainian hackers demand that the network management get in touch, threatening to publish all the stolen data if the company "refuses to cooperate."
UHG has already published a 1.7 gigabyte archive with contracts, scans of customer passports and other materials. In total, the data of almost 500 thousand people have been published, but in most cases we are talking only about the full name, date of birth, phone number and e-mail.
The company Data Leakage & Breach Intelligence (DLBI), specializing in information leaks, verified the authenticity of the published data. According to her, the merged database contains 483,000 unique email addresses and 435,000 unique phone numbers.
Earlier in April, DLBI reported that UHG had released data from entertainment ticketing service kassy.ru. The text files contained applications and registered users, with a total of over 30,000 entries.
During the first four months of the year, at least 75 data leaks from commercial and government organizations were recorded in Russia.
