Russian troops launched a missile attack on the Dnieper, as a result, the hospital was destroyed, said the head of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Military Administration (OVA), Sergei Lysak. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky also commented on the strike, adding that at least one person was killed and at least 15 others were injured.
