The ex-director of the Aircraft Repair Plant was detained in Moscow. He’s on seven fraud cases.

Soslan Urumov, former executive director of the Aircraft Repair Plant, located in Bataysk, Rostov Region, was detained in Moscow. He is the defendant in seven criminal cases of fraud. This was reported by the press service of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Rostov region, Interfax reports .

FSB officers uncovered Urumov’s fraud schemes related to the repair of military equipment in the course of fulfilling a state order and the fictitious employment of employees at PJSC Rostvertol for personal purposes. The report says that as a result of Urumov's actions, damage in the amount of 4 million rubles was caused.

Earlier, Urumov was put on the federal wanted list. Interfax writes that for about 6 months he was hiding on the territory of the "LPR" and "DPR".

Earlier in May, the FSB detained in Rostov-on-Don a design engineer of a military-industrial complex enterprise who allegedly passed data on air defense and personnel of the Russian armed forces to Ukraine. He is charged with "treason", details about the identity of the engineer are not reported.
