The Basmanny Court of Moscow sentenced anti-fascist Mikhail Ivanov to 4.5 years in prison, another anti-fascist Bogdan Yakimenko was assigned forced labor for a period of 4 years. Sota reports .

In January 2020, Ivanov and Yakimenko were attacked by eight neo-Nazis. Yakimenko and Ivanov defended themselves. Despite this, they were the ones who were detained and left for the night in the OP "China Town". The next day, employees of the Center "E" and the FSB came to them with Alexei Okopny, who is known for his torture methods.

FSB officers opened a case against anti-fascists under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism”), later paragraph “b” of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing minor bodily harm based on ideological hatred”). One of the attackers on Yakimenko and Ivanov is being treated as a victim in the case.

This is the second sentencing. Earlier, Yakimenko and Ivanov were sentenced to real terms of 3 years 8 months and 5 years 6 months in prison, after which the sentence was canceled and sent for a new trial.
