The Russian military launched a powerful missile attack on Kyiv and the region. According to the mayor of the city, Vitaliy Klitschko, fragments of a rocket fell on the roadway in the Podolsk region. One wounded was hospitalized in the area. Information about other victims is being specified.

Also in the Kyiv region, as a result of a Russian missile attack, an economic house was damaged. There was a fire, there were no casualties.
On the night of May 29, air defense forces shot down 40 Russian drones and cruise missiles over Kiev. Other regions of Ukraine were also attacked by missiles and drones. According to the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 67 air targets were destroyed , including 37 cruise missiles.
