On the night of May 30, Russia again attacked Kyiv and the Kyiv region, explosions thundered in many areas of the Ukrainian capital, one person died, four were injured. This was announced by the mayor of the city Vitali Klitschko. In the Air Force of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the air defense destroyed more than 29 UAVs.
The police of the Kyiv region reported more than 50 damage to houses, apartments, offices, shops, garages and cars.
According to Klitschko, as a result of falling debris, fires broke out in two private houses in the Darnitsa district. Three cars caught fire in the Pechersky district. In the Goloseevsky district, a fire broke out in a high-rise building as a result of falling debris. Rescuers evacuated 20 people.
The city administration noted that this is the 17th attack on Kyiv since the beginning of May.
An air raid alert on the night of May 30 was also announced in the Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Nikolaev and Kirovograd regions. Explosions were reported in Kharkov.
On the morning of May 30, about 25 drones attacked Moscow and the Moscow region. According to the Baza Telegram channel, most of the UAVs were shot down by air defense in the Moscow region, some were caught on trees and wires. The attack was acknowledged and commented on by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. According to him, several buildings were slightly damaged, emergency services are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
