Five people were killed, 12 more were injured after a strike on the occupied village of Karpaty, Luhansk region. This was reported by the Joint Center for the Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire (JCCC).

“The enemy fired 4 missiles (3 missiles of the M30A1 type with shrapnel-type striking elements and 1 missile of the M31 type),” the report says.

The construction camp and the building of the poultry farm were damaged. The Ukrainian authorities did not comment on this information.

Meanwhile, in the Krasnodar Territory, two oil refineries came under fire. The governor of the region, Veniamin Kondratyev, wrote that a fuel oil distillation unit caught fire as a result of a drone strike at the Afipsky refinery. The fire was extinguished, there were no casualties. The Baza and Shot Telegram channels reported a drone crash on the territory of the Ilyinsky Oil Refinery, no injuries, no one was injured.
