The former head of the Suzunsky district overfulfilled the plan for mobilization and sent to war those “who crossed her path” – “New Tab”

The Suzunsky district could account for up to 10% of all those mobilized in the Novosibirsk region, writes the New Tab newspaper. According to local residents, after the mobilization was announced, “there were so many summonses that no one had to be brought in by force.”

In total, 31 thousand people live in the region. According to the interlocutors of the publication, 500-800 men could have been taken from them, while in local public they talk about 1200. At the same time, reservists over 50 years old were also taken away.

Novaya Vladka sources blame the former head of the district, a member of the United Russia party, Lilia Nekrasova, and military commissar Vasily Radaev for this development. The publication writes that both in personal conversations and in local publics, residents of the Suzunsky district claim that Nekrasova herself looked at the personal files of the men in the reserve and showed “whom to pick up.”

Her personal enemies were especially unlucky – they were allegedly sent to war among the first. The locals did not remain in debt and doused Nekrasova's car with feces. If you believe the stories of the municipal deputy, with whom Novaya Tab spoke, then this happened every night.

At the same time, the residents of the district, despite their indignation at the pace of mobilization, were afraid to actively oppose the head of the administration. They wanted to record a collective video message about the current situation, but then decided not to do this out of fear of Nekrasova.

Since the beginning of the year, the administration of the Suzunsky district has officially announced the death of 14 local residents after the start of mobilization. However, the actual death toll could be much higher.

Nekrasova was detained in November 2022 on suspicion of fraud. She is accused of fictitious employment of her husband in municipal institutions. Initially, Nekrasova was sent to a pre-trial detention center, but then she was released under house arrest.

The military commissar Radaev, in addition to his special zeal during mobilization, distinguished himself on May 9, 2023, when, during the festive events, he uttered the following phrase:

“Today, the Nazi underdogs are raising their heads – they are being fed by the Anglo-Saxons who sleep and see how they would get to our resources. We will not allow this to be done and once again we will liberate all of humanity from Nazism. Once again, Happy Holidays!”

On September 21, 2022, Putin announced a “partial” mobilization in Russia, as stated in the corresponding decree. It was reported that 300 thousand people should be mobilized within its framework. However, the seventh paragraph of the decree, which contains information about the number of reservists who can be called up for military service, was marked "for official use" and was not disclosed . According to the decision of the plenum of the Supreme Court, mobilization in Russia continues.
