Roskomnadzor blocked both OVD-Info websites: ovd.legal and ovd.news . According to the human rights project, the notice of blocking was received by mail on the evening of June 7, shortly after that, the sites really stopped opening from the territory of Russia.
OVD-Info notes that it does not know the reasons for the blocking and considers it an act of state censorship. The project statement also says that it will continue to work. Human rights activists urged readers to use VPN and subscribe to social networks.
The main OVD-Info website, ovdinfo.org, was blocked in Russia in December 2021.
