A taxi driver from Tambov was arrested for a post about a rally in support of Navalny. He stated that he wrote it under the “psychotronic” influence of the FSB

Denis Kruglov, a resident of Tambov, was arrested for seven days because of the publication on VKontakte of a post calling for participation in a rally in support of opposition leader Alexei Navalny, which took place on June 4. According to Sota, Kruglov said in court that he published the post under the influence of the FSB, being in the "active phase of processing with psychotronics."

“[Kruglov] didn’t want to publish the call and resisted it in every possible way, but he couldn’t do it, because modern influence technologies used by special services bring a person to a state where outsiders can see through the eyes of another person, perform actions with the hands of another person,” he leads court explanation.

Kruglov works as a driver at Yandex Taxi. He is not on a psychiatric or narcological register.

The court considered his arguments untenable and found him guilty under an administrative article on violating the procedure for holding a rally.
