In Crimea, a railway track was blown up in front of a train, reports Baza. According to the Telegram channel, the driver, seeing the explosion, managed to urgently slow down. The blast shattered the windows in the cockpit.

Baza writes that the explosion occurred around 4 p.m. when a freight train was passing by .

The "head" of Crimea, Sergey Aksyonov, said in his Telegram channel that train traffic was stopped in the Kirovsky district of the peninsula "due to damage to the railway track." How it was damaged, the official did not specify, noting only that there were no casualties.

Aksyonov also wrote that "passengers will be transferred by bus," from which it can be concluded that the train was not a freight train, but a passenger one.
