The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the liberation of two villages in the Donetsk region

The Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated the villages of Blagodatnoe and Makarovka in the Velikonovoselkovsky district of the Donetsk region. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar.

According to her, Ukrainian forces continue to attack in the Bakhmut direction, advanced 250 meters in the area of ​​​​the Berkhovsky reservoir. “In the areas where our troops are on the defensive: not a single position has been lost,” Malyar said.

Earlier, the liberation of Blagodatny, which is located near the border with the Zaporozhye region, was reported on Facebook by the 68th separate chasseur brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush. The report also said that Russian servicemen were taken prisoner during the operation. Blagodatnoye was captured by Russian forces last March.

Presumably, Ukrainian fighters also liberated the village of Neskuchnoe, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region. Information about this appeared in the Telegram channel of the 7th separate battalion "AREY" of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army (UDA).

The GRAY ZONE Telegram channel, close to PMC Wagner, writes that Ukrainian forces allegedly occupied the village of Storozhevoye, and are also advancing on the village of Urozhaynoye, located on the opposite bank of the Wet Yaly River.
