In Belarus, it was allowed to open criminal cases against dead people and judge them, such a bill was adopted by the House of Representatives – the Lower House of the country's parliament. The Mirror drew attention to this. The bill amends the article of the Criminal Code on the circumstances that exclude the possibility of initiating a criminal case.
