According to the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Development, royalties from the demonstration of the content of “foreign agents” convicted of “discrediting” the Russian army will be sent to special accounts, RIA Novosti reports .
This was told at the St. Petersburg International Forum (SPIEF) by the head of the department Maksut Shadayev. In addition, it is proposed to ban Russian services from advertising such individuals and organizations.
According to Shadayev's explanation, we are talking about the authors – "foreign agents" who have administrative responsibility for anti-war statements. The funds will be frozen in such a special account “for further investigation”, after which the labels “will show what [their] part was planned to be transferred directly to foreign agents.” We are talking about Russian media platforms such as OKKO or Kinopoisk.
If such a rule is introduced, it will primarily affect the musicians and actors who are paid by these platforms. Andrei Makarevich, Leva from Bi-2, singer Monetochka, Morgenstern, Noize MC, Oxxymiron, actor Artur Smolyaninov, humorist Maxim Galkin and others have recently been recognized as "foreign agents". Among them, there are already those who were fined under articles on "fake" against the Russian army.
