An armed man took hostages in a branch of the Kaspi bank in Astana, Tengrinews.kz reports . It is reported that he is about 30 years old, he is armed with a pistol, and holds 7 girls and a security guard hostage.

The man demands that all the assets of the bank be transferred to the needs of children with disabilities, as well as poor and needy citizens. He gave three hours to fulfill the demands and threatened to kill the hostages.
