Anti-war activist Ivan Kudryashov requested seven years in prison

The prosecution is asking for 7 years in prison for anti-war activist Ivan Kudryashov. This is reported by the project "Solidarity Zone".

Kudryashov is accused of preparing a "terrorist attack", allegedly he planned to set fire to the military registration and enlistment office. The activist himself denies the allegations. Earlier, he said that the FSB officers tortured him. In particular, Kudryashov told human rights activists that after his arrest, before the first interrogation and repeatedly between subsequent interrogations, he was tortured with electric shocks in order to get the password to his phone and force him to sign a confession.

In the "Zone of Solidarity" The Insider reported that "Kudryashov is under pressure to confess, but he refuses to give them even under torture, so they keep him in solitary confinement and try to break him like that."

At the same time, during interrogations, Kudryashov openly expressed his anti-war position. Solidarity Zone quoted from the interrogation protocol:

“I participate in anti-war protests, because I do not agree that the Ukrainian issue can only be resolved by military means, I am categorically against the war unleashed by the Russian Federation, I believe that this mobilization should be sabotaged.”

Kudryashov claims that FSB agents planted Molotov cocktails on him during his arrest. In the search report, he indicated that he had nothing to do with the found incendiary mixtures, wrote by hand: "This is not mine."

The activist has been under arrest since September 30.
